1- Obtain a youth registration form for each youth (9th-12th grades)
or young adult/college (18-22 yrs old) attendee.

2- Send an adult registration form for each adult advisor (must be over 25 years of age or the church youth leader).
3- # of adults required: 1-5 youth = 1 advisor
6-10 youth = 2 advisors
11-15 youth= 3 advisors
4- Complete the convention housing form- be sure to print your address (not the church) to receive your confirmation packet.
5- Send payment in full ($125 per person + any additional room fees + lunch session fees).

Confirmation Packet
One confirmation packet will be sent per group, containing materials such as:
-an invoice
-convention schedule
-mission project details
-what to bring list
-information on how to nominate a new Cabinet member
-reminder on standards of behavior
