At its core, discipleship is relational - accompanying others as they follow Jesus, as we follow Jesus together. Yet if recent trends continue, over 1 million US young people will annually walk away from the church and from the full, abundant life Jesus offers. We are at a tipping point, and now is the time for the body of Christ to act. The Relational Discipleship Kickstart will launch you toward relational discipleship radically focused on Jesus through… world-class research on young people, discipleship, and ministry today; fresh explorations into key Scripture passages; video training from our TENx10 diverse partners and experienced youth leaders like you; reflection questions to immediately apply what you’re learning; quick and easy assessments to help you diagnose your ministry; and worksheets that will empower you to craft a plan for your context.

Through interactive teaching, practical tools, and collaborative discussion, participants will gain a clearer vision for how relational discipleship can transform their communities. This training will equip you to take the next step in cultivating a culture of belonging and spiritual growth among the next generation as we seek to make faith matter more for young people.
