Complete the Registration Form belowfor each attendee and adult chaperone.
When completing the form, you can "pay by check later" if you wish to send a check for multiple people from the same church. Just sent a list of which persons' registrations are being paid for in the check so we keep accurate records!
All churches will be required to send chaperones who have completed a BACKGROUND CHECK within the last two years for each gender of youth they are sending. ALL Jr. High and High School Youth MUST have an appropriate chaperone participating in the entire weekend. Please contact Program Director, Rev. Stephanie Schneider, for questions.
Important Information About Chaperones: All churches will be required to send chaperones who have completed a background check within the last two years for each gender of youth they are sending.
Cancellations occurring within 2 weeks of the event will result in a $75 refund, no refund for cancellations within 72 hours of the event. If convention is cancelled, a full refund will be given for all participants.
