OFFERING 2026

The 2026 Region Offering helps our Region in the effort to do good and share the abundance of resources our local churches and church leaders need.

When you give to the ABCNYS Region Offering, every dollar given is a direct gift to ABCNYS Regional Ministries, enabling our staff to travel to visit churches, support search committees, provide timely resources and be a listening and encouraging partner to pastors and leaders who need to know that they journey through all seasons of ministry never alone!

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS (Coming soon):
ABCNYS Website will have all content available to download/stream (4 short videos, 1 bulletin insert and overview of 2026 promotions)

Four short form videos (one on the theme, three highlighting ABY, Lay Study and Supporting Local Church Leaders)

Region Office will have one bulletin insert (rather than four) that emphasizes the theme and overall "what does the Region do?" material with a QR Code and how to give instructions

Ways to Give and Promote:
Giving to the Region Offering can take place in several ways:
Designate a special Sunday or month of Sundays to set a goal for the congregation to reach through weekly giving and sharing of Region Offering materials and video content.
Make a one-time or repeating donation through our Region's PayPal account to the Region Offering.

Invite Region staff to come share about ABCNYS at worship or other times in the year when you'd like a "moment for mission" or a presentation about how we help our churches!
​Promotional Ideas:
  • Download and use the bulletin inserts, promotional videos and Powerpoint for your worship services or social media/website!  
  • Has someone in your church participated in the Lay Study Program, attended the American Baptist Youth convention or participated in a training event?  Have them share their experience during worship!​
  • How has your church joined in shared mission?  Did any of your members go on a Region-sponsored mission trip?  Have them share their experiences!  
  • Would you like someone to present to your church on any of the Region ministries?  Contact the Region office at 315.863.7148 or [email protected].  
  • ​Or do your own thing - Be creative!  Think outside the box!  Share the Region’s story!
