OFFERING 2025
           We are a people who sing: "O God Our Help In Ages Past, Our Hope for Years to Come"!
          Such words have guided generations of faithful believers, moving from the pews and pulpit into the world with the Gospel message! 
          Reading Mark 4:26-27, we learn how the smallest seeds might seem insignificant, yet it provides bountifully!  Despite the challenges we may feel today in our churches, we have a future; and the seeds are always provided by God!
           The ABCNYS Region Offering helps our churches plant seeds for our future together as ABC churches across upstate New York!

Together, when we plant faithfully with our resources, we tend and grow ABCNYS ministries present and yet to come. Your church’s support of ABCNYS creates ministry opportunities and supports what would not happen otherwise!
  • Our Region provides support to churches in pastoral transition and opportunities for church leaders to learn new skills and navigate difficult challenges.
  • ABCNYS facilitates a growing Lay Study Program to help inform and develop lay leaders and potential local church pastors.
  • Each year, our Youth Convention welcomes over 120 youth from our churches.
  • Weekly, ABCNYS staff are on the road, the phone or ZOOM visiting and encouraging our churches and Associations, thanks to the funds we receive through the ABCNYS Region Offering.

  • Download and use the bulletin inserts, promotional videos and Powerpoint for your worship services or social media/website!  
  • Has someone in your church participated in the Lay Study Program, attended the American Baptist Youth convention or participated in a training event?  Have them share their experience during worship!​
  • How has your church joined in shared mission?  Did any of your members go on a Region-sponsored mission trip?  Have them share their experiences!
